About this Giving Opportunity
Water For People (WFP) exists to promote the development of high-quality drinking water and sanitation services, accessible to all, sustained by strong communities, businesses, and governments. 2.1 billion people around the world do not have access to safe water and 4.5 billion lack access to adequate sanitation. Women and children spend more than four hours walking for water each day, and more than 840,000 people die each year from water-related diseases. Working under the tagline Everyone Forever, WFP has become a global and respected organization leading the way in creating sustainable solutions to this global crisis for 30 years.
Brenntag partnered with Water For People since 2018 as we collaboratively strive for clean water and sanitation.
Our 2022 goal is to raise $215,000, which will be accomplished via corporate donation, employee giving and company matching.
